Welcome to Smartine ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website crawling and AI chatbot services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Smartine provides AI-powered chatbot services, designed to help businesses and organizations create intelligent customer support chatbots by crawling and processing website content.
Our services include:
- Website crawling and content processing using advanced AI technology
- AI-powered chatbot creation and training on your website content
- Customizable chat widget deployment for your website
- Cloud-based chatbot management and analytics
- Multi-website support for managing multiple chatbots
- User dashboard with usage tracking and statistics
We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Current Plans:
- Free Plan: 1 website, 30 minutes per month, 10 pages crawl limit at no cost
- Premium Plan: 5 websites, 500 minutes per month, 100 pages per website for $29/month
- Enterprise Plan: Unlimited websites, minutes, and pages with custom pricing
Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Unused minutes and page crawl limits do not roll over to the next month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Important:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- You retain access to your account and data until the end of your billing period
- After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan with limited features
We strive to provide excellent service. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help resolve any issues.
Refund Policy:
- Free plan users are not eligible for refunds
- Paid subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their first payment
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Technical issues will be resolved promptly, and billing adjustments may be provided
Dispute Resolution:
- Contact our support team first to resolve any issues
- We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours
- If disputes cannot be resolved, we may offer account credits or partial refunds
- For billing disputes, contact Stripe support directly
Since we provide digital services, traditional returns are not applicable. However, we have policies in place to ensure customer satisfaction.
Digital Service Policy:
- No physical goods are sold, so no returns are needed
- If you're unsatisfied with transcription quality, we'll re-process your audio
- Technical issues are resolved free of charge
- Account credits may be provided for service failures
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
Prohibited Uses:
- Crawling websites without proper authorization or violating robots.txt
- Training chatbots on illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
- Violating intellectual property rights of website owners
- Using services for illegal activities or to spread misinformation
- Attempting to reverse engineer our technology or bypass usage limits
Export Restrictions:
- Services may not be available in all countries
- Users must comply with local data protection laws
- Some features may be restricted based on location
- We reserve the right to restrict access in certain regions
From time to time, we may offer promotional deals, discounts, or special offers.
Promotion Terms:
- Promotional codes must be applied at checkout
- Offers cannot be combined with other promotions
- Promotional pricing is valid for the specified duration only
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
- Free trial periods are limited to new users only
